How a check works

Five steps from first form to finished report. A full check takes five days.

   You tell us how your customers ask

   A short intake: who you are, who you lose work to, and, most valuable of all, real sentences copied from customer emails and WhatsApp. We build the question set from how your market actually talks.

2. 2

   You approve every question

   We draft the questions in English and natively written Arabic, and send you a link. You edit, delete and add until the list sounds right. Nothing runs until you approve it. Your approval is the trigger.

3. 3

   We read the answers, three times each

   Every question goes to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude in a fresh session with no history, three times, because the answers change between asks. We record every answer word for word and count who gets named.

4. 4

   We check your website in code

   Whether the AI crawlers are allowed in, whether your content is readable without JavaScript, whether your business details match across the web, whether a real Arabic version exists. These checks are run by our software, not asked of a model, so they are facts.

5. 5

   You get a ranked plan

   A report with the counts, the websites the answers were built from, and what to change: this week, this month, this quarter. Every item names an owner and what done means. Read it online or as a PDF.
